Duneland Home & Hardware we make our profit on the materials and put a small project management fee on top of the labor cost to help us cover our costs to manage your project, and make sure all the subcontractors are paid on time and make sure your project runs smoothly and is finished in a professional manner and on time. (we call it total transparency) We only use licensed sub-contractors, plumbers, electricians etc. These are the same professionals that we use on every project so we are comfortable working together and they know that we are extremely picky about paying attention to detail.
