We had to gut it down to the studs, kept the exterior siding, but everything else had to be replaced, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, plus walls, floors, ceilings, bathroom and kitchen. The works. Randy and Becky refused to cover the cost to fix the frankenhouse situation. We proceeded on, paying for their error only to have many other issues. They are disorganized. The subcontractors come late because of their last minute communication. The building inspectors are very familiar with this company. In the end we fired them and paid too much for their work. Randy is the builder but he does not do the work. If you hire them use a lawyer for a real contract."
