"TERRIBLE PEIPLE TO WORK WITH. IM OUT $50. It took about 2 weeks to get Brian out to give me an estimate. At that time, he told me he charges $50 for an estimate which goes towards the work if he’s hired. He’d not mentioned that before and it was a red flag but I gave him the $50 and he said he’d be back on 7/19. I texted him the day before to confirm and he didn’t respond. So I texted again that evening and the text wouldn’t deliver. I called and a msg said I was calling from a restricted number, he blocked me! I called Cameron the next morning and explained what happened and he said he was trying to reach Brian as well. He told me he’d come out and do the work and would call me back with some options of when he could come. Four days have passed and no call back. I’ve tried calling again and his mailbox is full. TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BIZ!!"

We have a great crew that knows how to get work done in a timely matter. We also subcontract work out when we are busy Ower bill is depending on the size of the job half down balance at the end or if its a large job then we will split it in quarter payments

My excavating company is fair priced and does excellent quality work. You can get a free estimate just by calling and letting me help you save money. I have been in business since 1998 and have attended the "Miss Dig" certification 2010 and 2011. I am concerned with safety first and will always back my work. I do commercial and residential jobs and have worked with O.A.S.H.A regulations. I have a commercial wood chipper, excavator, backhoe and skid steer. I will rent but would be happier to run the equipment for you. No job too small or too big. I put in septic systems, clear lots, put in driveways, demo buildings, dig the hole for your building, and can hook up city water lines plus much more. There will be no hidden costs in my estimate, no "surprises" at the end of the job! I have plenty of references. I am bonded and insured on my jobs. mention angie's list members to get a discount on the cost of your project!

Rototilling questions, answered by experts

If you notice small bumps on your lawn, you can flatten them by gently treading them down when the ground is wet. A lawn with larger lumps may need to be regraded by a professional to flatten it out and improve the overall drainage of the yard to prevent future lumps from forming.

People level their yards for practical and cosmetic purposes. If you have a very steep slope in your backyard, you might have a hard time with lawn maintenance. Or, if you want to entertain in the summer but don’t have a flat yard, building a patio would be quite difficult.

Mobile homes need releveling every so often to maintain their structural integrity. Most mobile home manufacturers recommend releveling every three to five years. To keep the quality of your mobile home up for years and to avoid deterioration over time, proper maintenance is key.

Yes, an excavation company is the best option for land grading and yard leveling. General landscapers might be able to tackle these projects, but an excavation company will do a better job because they’re used to operating the necessary heavy machinery. Landscapers might opt to do the work manually, which takes much longer and could cost you more in labor fees. Finally, excavation companies will understand local regulations and know when you need permits to legalize the work, while a landscaper might not.

Yes, it’s always a good idea to fertilize your lawn before a major leveling project. This step gives your grass the nutrients necessary for healthy growth, helping it recover and replenish itself faster. However, you should do this at least three weeks in advance, as the leveling process can disturb the newly-applied fertilizer.
