"Jim came over .pleasant friendly. Listen to all our concerns.Took his time assessing carefully. Recommended a replacement and glad we did.We were shocked when he told us they would be here that following Saturday. Terence and his crew should up right on time . They got right to work and worked steadily for 5 hours . They were very thorough and let us know every step what they found and what they were doing. "I made arrangements in the fall for the gutters on my roof to be cleaned. There was an unexpected issue that came up with RRS and he promised in December to clean the gutters. It is now Jan. 5 and this fall clean up project has not been completed yet. No word when it will be done."
