He could have charged me around $400 to install a new lighting system & wall-switch. Instead he just showed me how to finish up, said goodbye, and refused payment for coming out. "Andrew and his wife do great work. We were eager to have a quote and get work started as quickly as possible and they accommodated. Andrew came to give us an estimate on a day he doesn't usually do it and was able to start the job within a week of the estimate. They arrived early and stayed until the job was finished. Unfortunately, one of his tools broke during the job and he promptly ordered a new part. This had never happened to him in all the years he has been in business. He wanted to finish the job quickly and was able to fit us into his schedule again within a few days. He and his wife were very kind, hardworking and professional. We've had some heavy rains since they did the work and we have not had to worry about any more leaks in those areas. We've since had our driveway replaced and a patio installed because they gave us confidence in knowing we would not need to worry about water in our basement. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend their services. Great price and good work. Can't ask for more.

"Craig and company were fantastic! We are extremely happy with our bathroom - I can honestly say that I have never seen a more gorgeous bathroom. Craig responded to our Angie's List inquiry immediately, and after we chose his company to do our remodel, work started within days. Craig checked on progress constantly, and was very open to discussion and offered great suggestions as the job progressed. Chris and Ken were our main workers, and they were very punctual (work started at 7am daily and they were in their cars in front of the house by 6:30!). In addition to being punctual, they were perfectionists. We chose a patterned tile for the walls around the tub, and it is lined up perfectly. Soffits were removed, and a half glass wall was installed to open up the bathroom and make it feel larger. We will definitely hire Artistic Construction again. WE have a few things in mind already...!"

"It went pretty well. There was some tape residue left on our hardwood floors from the installers using blue painter's tape. We were reimbursed for the damages. However, I would recommend that they don't do this on future customers' floors, especially in an older home like ours."

When the old cabinets were taking out they discovered a leak years ago that was fixed by someone else but not correctly and had created a lot of mold and mildew. Tom and his crew being the professionals that they are, made sure all mold was removed, and everything was done correctly and safely. The part I liked was them explaining how they were taking steps to insure I didn't have this problem again. How reassuring that I can breathe easy knowing the work was done right. I couldn't ask for more from any company then the honesty and quality work that I received. I do wish more companies cared this much about their customers and doing a job right."
