"Very pleased. Came out the day I called. Communication was good while I waited, so I knew when to expect him. Jason was very friendly, competent and helpful. Fixed the problem in a matter of minutes and cleaned up after himself, putting everything back where it was. Offered advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. We are full time homeowners in New Buffalo and also have 3 other rental properties, Jason and his team have worked on them all.
