"Charles was on time , kept us informed at all times about our appointment and service. He was a REAL PRO. He gave advice about future carpet and use of cleaning soutions (on hard floors & their effect on carpeting). We paid him independently of "Home Advisor". Our experience with scheduling FROM HOME ADVISOR was canceled twice. e dealt completely with Charles from "Nice & Clean." We willnever use "Home Advisor" again. They asked for credit card info in advance & guaranteed a price. According to our provider of service this was erroneous activity."

"Travis and Jason came out the same day to clean our fireplace chimney. They were very nice, very efficient and not only cleaned up the ashes but the glass door as well. No one else has ever done that. There price was very reasonable and we highly recommend them. They were a pleasant surprised and we will definitely use Home Advisor again for our future projects."

"Excellent communication from the start. Trisha is great to work with and did an amazing job cleaning our house before it went on the market. Highly recommend!"

"They also cleaned carpets and upholstery rate them 5 stars on this task also"

"Sarah is a powerhouse. She did an incredible amount of work and she did it well and she did it efficiently. I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking about having any sort of cleaning job done. She really went the extra mile and I just can't say enough good about her."

"We hired Jessie to deep clean our house as we reclaim residency after renting it for 3 years. While our tenants took good care of the house, it was not as clean as we needed it to be. Jessie did a wonderful job of scrubbing baseboards, windowsills, floors, etc. We have been able to paint without wiping off surfaces. I highly recommend TC Performance Cleaning!"

"Absolutely stunning job! We have an old farm house which is hard to power wash and keep clean! They went above and beyond!!!"

"They arrived on time and done a Great job"

"He is a nice young man, and is very ambitious. He is meticulous in his work, and has a great eye for detail"
