Travis and Nicole were great! He was able to fit me in the next day due to a cancellation and he worked with my off-shift sleep schedule. Travis even inspected my gutters for me while he was here and found a low spot where water was pooling, which happens to be directly above where my basement leaks. I never would have noticed that on my own and now I can have it repaired before it becomes a bigger problem! Both Travis and Nicole were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! They were only here for approximately 35 minutes, but were very thorough. I feel safe and confident about having my first fire of the season in my fireplace and will definitely use their services again. Also, the fee was very reasonable. I will definitely use this company for future services and highly recommend them:)!

I called Luckyglass on late tuesday, the week of Thanksgiving, to see if he could come disconnect our old gas stove, then hookup the new one...he managed to show up the next day at 1pm less than 24 hours after I made the call, and fixed me right up....now we have our new/better stove ready to go for our Thanksgiving feast! Highly recommend!

Travis and Jason were courteous and hard working. They did not stop until they had discovered and fixed our problem and the went extra miles to find parts for our old gas fireplace. I will definitely call them in the future for assistance.
