"This is an awesome team of 4 who came on a preset time, as there were 3 tall pine trees, they were here most of the day. When they left, all remnants of the trees were removed, the area cleared of all tree debris. The trees were so large that they were able to salvage some for milling! They were very respectful, the teamwork was great and I have the pictures to prove it! I believe the price I paid for the work was very reasonable. It was great to feel a part of the team as I was asked questions and given suggestions. Happy to have met and worked with all of them!"

"I have used many Tree removal companies and have been very pleased with all of them, however, World Class Tree Service stands out as exceptional in all areas. "They were on time. The second day it was a pouring rain. He called a half hour prior to when he was supposed to work. Tell us it would be delayed because of the rain. When to us it was very obvious they couldnâ t work in those conditions. His tree ð ² cutting was amazing. He took the top out of one tree and landed it on his trailer. The value of of his service was very reasonable. The stump grinders took the stumpâ s way below the surface of the ground. VERY SATISFIED with the service"

FAQs for land clearing projects in Frederic, MI

Unfortunately, some plumbing scenarios, like a broken sewer pipe repair, will require excavation to complete the job. Plumbing excavation costs range from $30 to $70 per cubic foot. However, if you need additional trenching, expect to pay an extra $4 to $12 per linear foot. Keep in mind that these costs are on top of the plumbing repair costs, and they don’t account for labor costs. Consult your excavation specialist to determine an accurate estimate for your job.

The average cost for pool excavation is $2,500. This cost can range from $450 to $4,500, depending on the pool shape and size, time of year, and any need to move buried utilities.

When excavating for your pool, you might have to move existing utilities. You can expect to pay an additional $15 to $25 per linear foot to move gas lines. To move a septic system, it’ll cost an additional $2,000 to $20,000. A pool that is 10 feet by 12 feet averages $450 to excavate, and a 20-foot-by-40-foot pool averages $3,020.

The cost for residential excavation is $3,200 on average, ranging between $50 and $200 per cubic yard. Total costs could range from $500 to $15,000, depending on the project type, yard size, and soil type.

When a project needs an excavator, the contractor will subcontract one as part of the larger project. If you hire an excavation specialist, you can expect to pay between $40 and $180 per hour. When excavating, if you have soil with excessive rocks or clay deposits, expect an additional cost of $200 to $1,200.

On average, removing a tree costs around $750, but you can expect to pay between $200 to $2,000. Factors that impact the overall cost include the number of trees you’re having removed, their height, the diameter of their trunks, permits needed, and the tree’s accessibility. You’ll pay more if the tree is in a hard-to-reach area or dangerous location, like close to power lines.

Yes, you will want to confirm that the tree removal company you hire is insured before proceeding with the job. Tree removal can be dangerous work, and it's important to verify that the company carries the proper insurance to cover any onsite accidents or damage.
