Never an apology. Only communicated regularly when it was time for them to be paid. Then I was getting several calls and messages per day. demanded money before the job had been done because of their miscommunication as well overall made the process very stressful and made me too uncomfortable to reach out to them so hopefully I never need to have the gutters serviced but their lifetime warranty is only good for as long as these men can keep themselves in business "

Never an apology. Only communicated regularly when it was time for them to be paid. Then I was getting several calls and messages per day. demanded money before the job had been done because of their miscommunication as well overall made the process very stressful and made me too uncomfortable to reach out to them so hopefully I never need to have the gutters serviced but their lifetime warranty is only good for as long as these men can keep themselves in business "

Once we contacted them again, there was a complete lack of communication and focus on our project. I have text messages that show that he was unresponsive to our communications time and time again. Once he did contact us, he had a huge list of life issues, which were not acceptable as they were his problem not ours (as he agreed). He then set up a final time which he guaranteed but then consequently canceled due to another personal need. I asked for a final itemized bill. When I received it, it was almost the amount he initially quoted. However, the major projects that were quoted were never done. He refused to accommodate this in our bill."
