I've heard horror stories where builders charged an arm and leg for even simple changes so your flexibility was awesome. Your guys also did a great job on the “extra” projects, like building a detached garage that matched our home, and the two decks they built are wonderful. I was so done with trying to design things by the end of the process so it was nice to just say Rob, I need two decks and have them turn out so nicely. Our home turned out great! PG ContractingPg contracting listened to all my descriptions and issues I had seen with the old roof and trim. We sat down and went over all the different levels of pricing and packaging. Most importantly, they went over every point and material in great detail. Everything was explained and communicated in a way that made us feel comfortable with our selection. On installation day, the weather turned and could not be finished. The roofers took the time to secure and protect the exposed open surface. Not with tarps. But by having the foresight to not expose an uncovered roof to the elements and possible damage. The next day they returned to finish their work. It was good to see that they had a plan for such unexpected circumstances. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the experience, professionalism, and craftsmanship I received. Dinverno Remodeling & ConstructionI've yet to have this company perform any work on my home. However, Zack, the young man who came out to provide an estimate was very professional and friendly. I made me feel comfortable and confident in the company and did everything he could to earn my business (offered multiple discounts, even got the price down to the number I suggested). But for the fact that I have another company to come out and quote I may have gone with them on the spot. But I am a stickler for getting at least 3 quotes. So far Diverno is top choice.- Amir A.

Big C's Carpentry Specializes in Finish Carpentry and is License and Insured, Services include, Crown Molding, Base Molding, Interior Doors, Fire Place Mantle's, Closet Shelving, and Cabinet's. All work is done by Phil the Owner, and has 18 year's experience. And guaranteed to leave customer's with a smile.

All of Phil's years of experience shows in the trim he installed in my condo. He definitely knows what he is doing and is highly skilled. He installed crown molding and replaced all of the baseboards and door casings and hauled the old ones away. Phil is also very thoughtful and helpful. When the lumber yard delivered all the trim they put it in the middle of my living room. Before Phil left the first day he neatly stacked the rest in the garage so it wouldn't be a rip hazard for me. When he moved it out of my patio door to take it around my condo to the front to place it in the garage he noticed the concrete steps were uneven and dangerous so he fixed them which was something I needed fixed for many years. When I measured the walls I didn't know there would be waste when the corners were cut so I didn't order enough. Phil went to the lumber yard and got more for me. He also could see other things that needed to be done that I had not realized and greatly appreciated. He installed molding under the cabinet in the mudroom that was not covered and now it looks to much better. He also fixed the linen closet bi-fold door that was always coming off the track since I moved in. I am so happy I chose Big C's Carpentry to install my new trim. If you need a finish carpenter who is highly skilled and is thoughtful and considerate this is the company to call. My condo looks so much better with the new trim Phil installed.

The work went well. Mr. May showed up timely and performed the work as requested. Be that as it may, I asked repeatedly for an invoice and I’ve been unable to get one. Perhaps, I should have requested an invoice before remitting payment. However, now that I’ve remitted payment, I have been unable to get a paid invoice as would be professional and customary for work performed, particularly for a business. I need these items for my records not only for keeping track of income and expenses, but also to have a record of the contacts/contractors that I use for professional services. Because of the fact that I use several different contractors for various tasks, sometimes I forget which contractors were competitively priced, performed excellent work, and what kinds of work they are able to do. The goal is to create a directory of reliable and skilled contractors to use as needed.

Michael was the first on our schedule, and as soon as he left our house, I told my wife there was no need to interview anyone else, so we cancelled the other two interviews. Michael’s presentation was not only professional, but also extremely customer-oriented, and his sincere desire to make our dreams come true was obvious within the first five minutes of our meeting, even though we had never undertaken anything of this scope before. I knew immediately that we could do no better than Architectural Resource, and we never regretted choosing Michael’s team to make our dreams come true. His approach is unsurpassed as he takes great care to understand what his customers want and then makes it his highest priority to achieve the goals along every step of the process.
