"My recent experience with The Carpet Guys was a very positive one. The need for new carpeting arose from water seeping through a lower level bedroom wall. Chris Higgins, my sales representative, was courteous and informative regarding my carpeting options. His close attention also proved invaluable as he identified an additional area where water was entering the room. Had he not noticed this, the new carpet installation would have been ruined. I was equally pleased with the installation completed by Jose Gutierez. Even though I had misunderstood the arrival time, he was so accommodating, and he changed his schedule to ensure my carpet was installed on time. He did an excellent job placing the carpet under newly installed closet doors. I am grateful for such great customer service! (Order # MH064760)"
