The two men who came to install the equipment were very nice, and took care to not harm the TV or sound bar, when unpacking. and installing them They first installed the mount in the wrong place, leaving holes in the wall. Mistakes happen but they should have with them what they need to repair them.
Then the screws which came with the mount were too short for the sound bar---they ended up borrowing some from the electrician we had on-site. Additional, they did not connect the sound bar, TV, and Blu-ray player in the ways I asked based on my research. And they could not figure out how to make the ARC
HDMI work for the sound bar. I think their actual audio/video knowledge of our products was limited. It did complicate things that the cable box Comcast sent was defective.
However, I sent an email to Mr. Joiner, he was quick with a response that he would talk with the installation guys and he was sending his Design Engineer, Joshua McLaughlin, while we were still in Florida and at a convenient time. Joshua McLaughlin was on time, did a great job, really knew what he was doing, and had already reviewed my concerns before he got there.
While there were some bumps in the road with the initial installers, Diamond Security and Sound (Mr. Joiner and Joshua McLaughlin) did make things right and they went out of their way to accommodate our schedules. They were respectful, honest, willing to discuss options, and willing to let us choose what we wanted. They brought the products to us and accommodated our schedule, which was great for us. The owners may need to take the time to give frontline installers some further training or preparation when installing products with which they may not be familiar.

I appreciate John's honesty and his responding to me quickly---which is why I gave him a C on professionalism and responsiveness. However, his response seemed to me unprofessional. I don't know with what he disagreed, as he didn't say. I am glad he was direct, as in the end we now have a great installation from someone else; we have a Sony tv, blu-ray player and sony 7 sound bar with wireless subwoofer, all of which are wonderful, look and sound great, and allow us direct internet access for amazon prime, Netflix, Pandora, etc, in addition to Bluetooth streaming. A chair we thought would be in the way of remote functionality was addressed easily and poses no problem at all.
Maybe John wanted us to spend more, maybe he wanted it to look how he wanted, maybe he didn't like we were two women, maybe he decided our project was too small. I wouldn't know as he didn't say.

Roofing is NOT a quiet trade, but these guys kept me in good graces with my neighbors. I know that at least one of my neighbors has already signed with Above to get their roof done, based on their observations at my house. The only unexpected thing that I encountered is that I had more damage on my roof than I or Robert could tell. Once the tear-off was complete, his crew found that many more sheets of plywood were needed. I discussed repairs with Robert during his estimating, and these repairs were beyond what could be seen. I ended up paying a little more to have more plywood replaced. But I see this as a positive. His crew refused to re-roof on plywood that would not have held up for another 40 years. Lots of other roofers out there would have covered it up and in a few years the issue would be really bad. I am so happy that his crew did all the repairs necessary. His crew also found two corners of my roof that were totally rotted out, and they completely re-framed those as needed as well. I am so happy with my new roof. I get absolutely nothing from recommend Above Roofing, however I will do so whenever I can. I can sleep well at night when it rains now, I know there will be no leaks! I went to Belle to get my tires after the friendly service I received over the phone when making inquires and when I was in the shop for a car battery. The sales representative Kris was especially helpful.
They have a competitor price match. While in the shop I asked about this when choosing a tire (I had researched the brands prior to coming in). They led me over to their computer and showed me the competitor site and the pricing for the tires. Good to know - saves time price shopping at home. They were timely.
They checked the alignment and returned with a printout and explained it fully. Without being patronizing! I thought it was a good price. They said I only needed a front end alignment, and didn't try to sell me what I didn't apparently need.
The lounge is comfortable (coffee, tv, internet access, snack machine) and clean.
