I think they are very responsive. They do very high quality work. They heard me, because I really had a big project and they heard me and had good follow through. If I had any problems at all, they really took care of it. They did a really great job. I thought the price was fair.

Insignia did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the mantle and garage cabinets. This is the second time we have used Insignia. The first time, we had them add an addition onto our house which we still get great comments on. It is a four season room with custom cabinets for our TV and books.

From the beginning of our request for an estimate we were impressed. Within two days all of the subcontractors came to my house and had input so that there were few if any surprises along the way and an accurate estimate of the various costs involved. Very soon after we had a complete estimate that was really on target overall. The various subs that came into my home for a three month period were all people I felt good about, no creep factor! I was able to have open communication with the foreman and he never said he couldn't get something done, even when I threw a few curves. Remodeling a home while living in it is a difficult, stressful process. Working with insignia, however, was as enjoyable as it could be and the finished product is excellent.
