"Champion struggled to get our project finished, having to come back and finish the project weeks after the initial install. They quoted quickly, got me scheduled for initial install quickly, and even got the windows in within a day. But when the installer said they'll be back in a day or two to finish the cosmetic stuff... they did not. It was safe in the short term, no damage, no risks, but cosmetically awful. The company was quick to recognize the problem, extremely communicative, and didn't charge anything to make it right. They stood by their promise to make it good for us. They also fixed our torn screen for free; the wind blew a heavy patio umbrella and it slammed into the window, tearing the screen. Side note, not even a smudge on the glass. It is quite handy to have technicians locally that you can just drop in to drop off a broken piece. Overall quite happy but it took a bit to get there."

This project landed during the COVID pandemic and met with some unavoidable delays. Throughout the project my husband and I met with Matt and Steve regularly (weekly). Matt was always organized providing a list of items we needed to discuss, decisions that needed to be made and timelines for next steps. Matt and Steve consistently offered many ideas for ways to achieve what was important to us (kitchen layout with view to lake, beverage area, ample work surface, closed laundry area etc.), finish options (siding, roofing), lighting options etc. Though the project took longer than planned (thank you COVID), the result is a beautiful, comfortable home.
