The painter bought the supplies and we reimbursed him - believe that was about $1000. The painted understood that we were converting this house to a rental. He had good advise about what to paint, and what wasn't necessary. He seemed very committed to doing a good job and having the finished project one he was proud of."

Sean arrived right on time in the morning and he did a great job in repairing the drywall. He was also very professional and courteous while doing the work. He also was able to find the right paint color to paint over the repair despite the fact that I pointed him to the wrong color shade. "We contracted with JAM Home Services (Jeff) to repair and paint walls, ceilings and closets in the living/dining room and 3 bedrooms of our house. We also asked about installing base board where missing/damaged and also installing shoe molding in all rooms (we had just had carpeting removed and hardwood floors refinished), While his was not lowest estimate for the project, we were impressed with his knowledge, suggestions for successful completion and his professionalism. At our request, he suggested several colors that would work with the hardwood floors. We agreed on a start date, which had to be firm, to meet a specific timeline to place our house on the market. A week before start date, he checked in with us to be sure we still on schedule. As it happened, other projects were already completed, so he started a week earlier than planned and completed the project withing the 4 days he had originally estimated. We could not have been more pleased with the result! Each day, the work space was cleared and cleaned, except for drop cloths left to protect floors. He repaired a baseball-sized hole in the wall in one bedroom, repaired a crack in the plaster above a door in the living room, filled all nail holes. The paint on all ceilings, wall and closets was smooth and even - no messy corners or bleeding edges. The new base boards and and shoe molding were such great enhancements to the rooms. We highly recommend JAM Home Services for anyone with home repair or improvement project needs!"

"I had a tricky wallpaper repair as it is grasscloth and bubbling up from the wall in several spots. Dave got marinade injectors and made multiple horizontal cuts in the lifted paper. He then injected the paste and smoothed it to where he wanted it. It took time, but it is completely fixed and you can't find the bubbling anymore! I am so thankful this eyesore is finally fixed. I have been trying to get it done for 2 years."

"We were very pleased with the quality and detail of the work. Prior to the work, several of our windows wouldn't open (the previous owners had painted or caulked the shut). The guys from Gabriel Painting cleaned up all of the windows and made sure that they opened when they were done. We had some difficulty getting in touch with them by phone and email, so it could take awhile to get a response. However, the quality of the work was excellent and we will definitely hire them again in the future."
