They had EVERYTHING they needed on their truck and even offered to upgrade ( at no charge!) our by-pass valve that was installed before we bought our house 40 years ago! It was winter and my water pipes were also in danger without my furnace functioning along with too cold to be inside my home. Time was of the essence and literally costing me $ by the day.
