"He gave me a quote and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He was clear about to procedure and what he needed to do. It was nice and clean after the service, I didn't have to do any touch ups or clean ups. I was so happy with the results, I hired him to complete resurface my driveway."

"This is Casey from Ellis Concrete LLC. That guy Donald S is lying about there job I did.. he wanted it poured in the winter and that's what you get.. I did me job to keep the concrete warm from the cold weather.. he never talked to the concrete drivers.. this is all made up stuff from a unhappy person. This is so funny that people can lie about the work you do. I did what was right to keep the concrete safe from freezing. That's why the blankets made it look two different color greys . The moisture gets trapped under the blankets and there's nothing anyone can do to prevent that.. he should of poured it earlier in the year not so late.. it's obviously still a good driveway cause it's still there.."

Concrete Driveways questions, answered by experts

Periodic sealing and cleaning to maintain appearance and integrity.

Since freeze-thaw cycles throughout the winter months can damage your driveway, it's best to winterize your driveway in the late fall before the first freeze hits. Doing so will help to protect your driveway from damage throughout the winter season. Plus, drier, warmer weather makes applying and curing sealant much easier.

Pressure washing your driveway can prevent cracks in it since it removes grease and oil, which, if left on the driveway for too long, can break down compounds in concrete and asphalt, leading to cracks. It can also help keep driveway weeds, moss, mold, and mildew at bay while boosting your home's curb appeal.

It is generally not recommended to use dish soap in a pressure washer. Dishwashing liquid is formulated for cooler water, and the warmer water used in a pressure washer can create excessive suds, potentially damaging the machine's tubing and other components. Always check the manufacturer’s instructions for recommended detergents. If you find yourself in a pinch, you can try a highly diluted solution, such as one tablespoon of dish soap per 1.5 quarts of water, to avoid clogging the machine.

Professional power washing removes built-up dirt, mold, and mildew, which preserves exterior surfaces and improves curb appeal. Hiring a professional ensures the cleaning is done effectively and without damaging surfaces.
