"I had two basement windows that needed to be replaced. (They were originally installed in 1961. One had broken glass, so the guys came into a mess.) They did a great job. They removed both old windows, cleaned, prepared both openings, installed the new windows, created beautiful mortar casements around the windows and sealed everything. They look absolutely beautiful. I had previously purchased an area wall cover and had dug part of the hole for this. The crew saw what I had done and they took over, finished digging the hole, installed the wall cover, put dirt around the cover and put a good amount of decorative stone in the bottom. As far as clean up is concerned, the guys cleaned up everything when they finished. The basement looks as good as new. The windows are beautiful. This is definitely a start to making the basement more enjoyable. My expectations were not only met, but exceeded. I will definitely contact Ayers for further basement improvements.
