I always give a 1 year warranty a complete sheet of drywall or more. It is a self owned business. I have been doing drywall for 8 years and painting for 4 years.

His estimate included minor repairs to siding. Where he noted defects (mostly due to aging) he pointed them out and even took some pictures to clarify what was wrong. He caulked areas, prior to painting, that should have been taken care of by the original builder. We chose a rather bold color to be applied to vinyl siding. He took the time and effort to make sure that shifting of the siding would have a minimal impact on the final appearance. His final invoice was more than fair considering the quality of his work. His attention to detail was incredible! He was easy to work with and we can't recommend him highly enough."

Manufacturers use a different process and formula for exterior paint versus interior. The exterior formula has to withstand elements like temperature, UV lighting, moisture, wind, and debris. Moisture and rot are the largest threat to wooden fences. Stain can help your wood fence last 15 to 20 years, but only if you choose a stain with waterproofing qualities or add a sealant. Oil-based stains create a thicker moisture barrier than water-based stains, though both are mold and mildew resistant. You’ll generally need to re-stain your fence every one to eight years to get full protection.

Preparation includes cleaning the fence, sanding any rough areas, applying a primer if necessary, and ensuring dry weather for application.

On most untreated wood fences, there is no need to sand before treating. You typically only need to sand if there’s an old coat of paint or stain on your fence. If you do need to sand off a previous paint or protective coating (like an old stain or sealant), use medium-grit sandpaper.

While most stains will be dry to the touch within 12 hours, it can take up to 48 hours to fully cure. That means that while your stain might not be sticky within 12 hours, it’s still not recommended to get it wet or touch it until it’s had a chance to set for at least 24 to 48 hours.
