We were charged full price for flowers that were half dead. His response was water them and it will be okay. In addition, one of his workers laid down a product called slag against pavers for a walkway. However, the slag seeped through the chain link fence into my neighbor's yard because there was nothing to keep it secured. I don't mind paying full price, but I do mind if I buy something I don't expect to have to bring it back to life. It should have been a fully mature healthy plant when I received it. The slag is just that - sloppy and uneven. I could have done that myself. I called Mr. Mack to let him know the neighbors would like for it to be cleaned up. However, he never followed up with them. I no longer recommend this company and will not use them again either. "
