"Matt was great. He was on time for the job and very efficient. The former owners of our new home had 4 dogs, so as a result there was odor from the carpet in the lower level in particular. "They were running a little behind, but called to say they would be delayed. They got here actually quicker than they had thought. The two guys were very professional and friendly, and went over and above in their services - especially the love seat and bench (both were very soiled, and they worked on them a long time - they both look great!!! I would recommend Grand Traverse Carpet Cleaning to anyone looking for carpet & upholstery cleaning services!

"Actually I was a little nervous about using Johnson's, but once I talked to Mr Johnson and he reassured me of his work, I decided to give him a try and I am glad I did. He did a very good job on my sofa and love seat. The color is a off white and I had never had it cleaned before. By the time he had finished, it looked like new again.
