We also give our customers a life-time warranty on our products and labor.

"The team had such a lack of regard and care for my home and personal belongings, that I am actually extremely concerned about the parts of the job that I cannot see behind the walls and in the attic. The team did not clean, move, cover anything as promised by the sales team and advertised on the website. Many of my kids toys, wagons, strollers, and some tools were ruined. Some of the toys were thrown out and I spent hours cleaning and scrubbing my garage. The application of the foam itself was also a disaster. The foam leaked through the recessed cans and into the bathroom fans, since they were not appropriately covered. There was full material on my carpet in the bedrooms. The fans had to be replaced. The company did ultimately repair the drywall in the garage, but cannot replace the hours of work I personally had to do in cleaning up their mess, and fixing the light cans, bathroom fans, cleaning the carpet."

I’ve heard from other dissatisfied customer’s this isn’t the first time nor the last … You reap what you sow. If you choose to do business with this company protect yourself, do not sign their hold harmless and do not trust their word. This company states it’s built on integrity, honesty and trust. Just because it’s a veteran owned company doesn’t mean they inherently have these traits. I’d argue if a veteran has to highlight that, they are the opposite of what they say."

"Very high pressure sales. For your own sake have cameras rolling during sales pitch. Don’t let them make you believe that the installation is done by Erie. Totally subcontracted. Talked us into choosing them even though they were 7k higher than other roofers with the promise of higher quality service that didn’t happen, job site was a mess had to inspect gutters they were not cleaned. They came back out cleaned said it was done got back up on ladder gutters still full and found damaged siding on back of chimney. After filling with BBB repairs and cleanup were done just not worth the higher price. Price started at $26 a square for metal and $15. For fiberglass after 4 hours of sales it came down to $21 metal and $10.5 a square foot fiberglass. I surely have buyers remorse hopefully this review helps someone in their decision. Also suggest reading this [*** Link removed ***] prior to reading all the A+ ratings on BBB Also make sure proper permits were pulled they did not pull one till after the install when I questioned it. Good Luck"
