"Hired them to do carpet repair after I had a pipe burst. Set up an appt. for an estimate at 3pm. At 3.03 pm they were knocking on the door. They said they could do the job and would be at my house at 9.00am Sat. At 9.00 am they were here. They were experienced and did the job without any problems.
