"I first got an estimate from Dave on the recommendation of my real estate agent while I was deciding whether to purchase the house. Once I went through with the purchase, I got three other estimates, but ultimately decided to go with Dave. He was very communicative with me through the whole process and answered all my questions. I was also impressed that when I pointed out a discrepancy between the estimate and the final invoice he readily corrected the error.
