"I was having trouble with our old furnace. We purchased the old one years ago from Holland and always had prompt service when needed. The Technician came out and I decided it was time to replace the furnace. It was a smooth transaction. The Install was done promptly. They arrived on time. Cliff and Justin went right to work and finished in a timely manner. they cleaned up everything. When the State inspector came he was very impressed with their work. They have 24 hr. service. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

During the Covid-19 ordeal Goyette came out Thursday morning to install my new system. The technicians arrived at the time I was given, Job and Kyle were the two gentlemen that arrived at my home . The first thing they did was to come in put down tarps to keep my home clean and inspected the area of the furnace and the area outside where the new condenser would be placed. They completed the job in a very timely manner, cleaned up the area where they were working, inspected the system to make sure it was running correctly and then explained the new components to me in detail. They installed and new thermostat programmed it and explained to me how it works and the programming for it. I would HIGHLY recommend Goyette to anyone needing a heating and cooling system, hot water heater or generator. In closing THANK YOU JOB AND KYLE you did a GREAT JOB!!!!!!"
