"Brady came and gave me an estimate.Ā  They were able to start the work the next day.Ā  It went quite well.Ā  They ran into a slight problem in that some of the sub floor came up with the tile.Ā  But it did not result in much of a price increase.Ā  The floor was extremely uneven, but after they were finished, it was even and ready for us to install our floating floor.Ā  They did a great job.
