"Though the gutters were cleaned in December after the leaves had fallen, this spring of 2024 the gutters were over flowing!! I texted David regarding this issue he said they check the downspouts using a leaf blower. This spring I noticed no apparent debris from the downspouts being blown out. David said that my house is surrounded by trees and the downspouts are probably blocked again. This is 4 months later!! What would be blocking the gutters from draining. He said he'd come out but would have to charge me again, again for a service I paid for that wasn't completed properly in December. Would not recommend or use again."

Yes, you can pressure wash metal fences. However, as with other fencing materials, it’s important to use the right PSI when pressure washing a steel, aluminum, or other metal fence. If you apply too much pressure, you could strip off the paint, ruin the protective coating, or otherwise damage the fence.

Most deck lumber is softwood that you can easily damage with the spray from a power washer. Most power washers, though, have a lower pressure setting that’s relatively safe for deck materials if you’re careful to hold the nozzle at least a foot from the surface and continue moving without hovering in one area. 

The amount of pressure required to wash your siding depends on the material. Vinyl siding, as well as brick and stone exteriors, can handle high pressure of 2,500 to 3,000 psi, especially if you’re not worried about damaging paint. Wood and aluminum siding needs a gentler approach and shouldn’t face more than 1,500 psi.

You don't technically need to seal your driveway after pressure washing, but doing so will help keep your driveway clean for longer. The best driveway sealer depends on the type of driveway you have. To seal asphalt, consider an asphalt emulsion sealer, fast-drying sealer, or latex acrylic sealer. Concrete driveways commonly use acrylic sealers or penetrating sealers.
