Starting with the original estimate, every member of the crew was professional. They arrived when promised, were respectful of your property and made sure that we were satisfied when they finished. We were in need of having some siding replaced before they painted and the gentleman that came by to do it completed it without any issues. "Their quality of work was great......As far as their customer service...I have another small deck that I need refinishing but wasn't ready while they were doing the large deck and stairs. I had new metal railings and post sleeves installed. I have repeatedly called and left messages with no callback. I did get through once but and spoke to Jake but he never touched base with me again. Also they say that a $25 gas card will be given to a paid in full job. The job was paid and no gas card. They said it would be mailed. I'm still waiting...Overall they did a good job but their customer service could be better."
