"Prompt, reasonable and professional. Good crew. Came up with great ideas on other projects I have in mind. Love my new ceiling, they fixed all the rot in my subfloors and prepped for new flooring. Would recommend for all your weekend projects. Did I mention they work efficiently? what they got done in a weekend probably would have taken a 4 man crew a week. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"In summary I have to say Richard was excellent! He came when he said he would and finished the work when he said it would be finished. As I solicited multiple bids for the work NE Renovations was among the most competitive. As the work was completed I was so pleased I ended requesting he come back to do additional jobs. He was very accomadating and even explained various options on how best to accomplish the additional work.

"Justin was very professional, competent and thorough. He took pictures of the the issues with my skylight so that I could fully understand the problem and set up a time the very next day to repair it. He was very fair in his pricing and his communication was excellent. He knows what he is doing and does it in a very timely manner. I would also give him high marks for his accountability and promptness. I will definitely hire him again."
