"This is my second review for Brag's, and owner Tyler. My first review was about his responsiveness and help with diagnosis of our problem, and the process to resolve. Since we were at the start of our cold season, the remedy needed to wait until the frost had gone. We were able to have the inspection and plan made in the fall, and were ready to roll come spring of this year. Our need was for a new Leach Field for our 200 year old house. With the time that we had over the winter season, I asked a dozen service providers for a quotation for the project. Tyler was the first of only 3 to respond. This was in February, when I expected many to be lining up work for the springtime. Tyler's quote was as complete as any, and very competitive. In fact, his was the low bid. We made a plan and were off and running, as soon as the snow was gone and roads were clear for heavy traffic. The first day the excavator arrived and work commenced. Tyler and John worked long hours for 5 days, and with our town inspector's oversight completed our project 1 day early. They even helped with installing a filter in our Septic Tank, and installed a new Pump Station pump. Everything's fresh and new. Toilets flush. Mission accomplished! Brag's Sewer and Septic is my strong recommendation to anyone needing this kind of work. Tyler and his crew have an excellent work ethic, which is rare these days. I called and talked to Seth he was able to get to my home the next day and diagnose the problem my pipes in the concrete were old and clogged beyond repair well he managed to completely redo all of my plumbing brand new and have it up and running in a matter of a few hours! I now have a dry usable basement. He gave me a very decent price as well! Now hopefully I don't need another plumber anytime soon but if I do I'm calling seth at SWB!"
