We had some on unforeseen rot but he took care of it before I even knew about it. They all were very polite and they worked from the time they got there till the time they left. There was no standing around every two minutes to take a smoke break. In the end we upgraded some things and paid a little more than what was quoted but it was all worth it for the end product.
