We took in other quotes from companies and everyone came in around the same price, but would not either clean up the whole yard of debris, or we had to pay a second party to come in and fill the foundation with sand. Learned Brothers Services, did it all. They torn down the house, removed all the debris, raked the glass and small bits out the yard, and filled in the foundation with sand. I need to mention also, that on my property there were rock walls near the house that needed to be saved. They were able to work around them, and all though some of the walls were brittle, they were able to save them. My house was 3 stories high with in attached barn. All was burned, but a lot was still there. They were able to do all that I listed above in 3 day. It was a joy to work for them, I would recommend them to anyone."
