"This was the last phase of three projects which we hired NE Renovations to perform.    The project was done on schedule and on budget.  The carpentry work on the den ceiling corrected the problem and made it much safer.  The new paint in the kitchen and den looks great.  The new glass tile backsplash that Nick installed in the kitchen has given it a whole new look.  The project, while a somewhat small one, was not without its headaches.  But Richard made every effort to stay on top of things to make sure we were satisfied.

"Joe from JMS Drain Services was my service technician who arrived well within the window scheduled service time. Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes. However, if you have the correct plumbing in place, then installing a pedestal sink is pretty straightforward and can be completed in a day. Silicone caulk—despite having some adhesive properties—is not the primary thing that holds your sink in place.
