He got on the roof, his measurements and estimates were spot on, he provided us with options for shingles, ventilation, and warranties. "I hired Jev Jesjunins as general contractor/project manager to renovate and rebuild a mid-1950’s ranch home in Portland which had not been updated since initial construction. During the process we discovered many unanticipated problems from leaking pipes and leaking basement walls to seemingly unending roadblocks with the City's building department. All issues were resolved in a highly professional and efficient manner. In addition to managing the project and working with subcontractors, Jev’s company was directly involved in rough and finished carpentry, sheetrock hanging/finishing, windows/doors installation, insulation, building the garage and mudroom, front porch, and back deck. His company also handled gutters installation; interior and exterior painting and various handyman projects. Jev was also a great partner in questions of design. I would like to emphasize the great result of my new three bathrooms (there was originally only one). They are pieces of art. Jev's crew which includes a designer, plumbers, electricians, cabinet makers, and tile installers created outstanding looking bathrooms with lots of unique fixtures - steam/shower cabin, jacuzzi, heated floors, smart toilets, unique selection of floor and wall tiles, closets, and shelving."

"Bill and Bob do great work and they pay attention to detail. I was worried that being an old home built before WWII that there would be issues underneath the old siding.Outside of wood rot that existed behind my living room picture window and a side window sill that was bad there was nothing else that needed attention.Both Bill and I agreed the picture window needed replacing because it was originally installed incorrectly. It was the last section of work they addressed and simultaneously installed the window and finished the siding project. Everything looks great now and the house is completely transformed!
  Bill and Bob are timely and schedule work and arrive accordingly. They don't work on any other ongoing projects until your job is completed. It's wonderful to find that trait in a contractor! They are both friendly and very approachable and are willing to explain and answer any questions you might have.

"I recently built a vacation home and was able to install 55" and 60" TVs on the walls over fireplaces using articulating mounts. When I wanted a sound bar for each I ran into a problem on how to attach them to the TVs. I called Doug and could not be happier. He and his team custom installed the sound bars and they look great! On 1 of the TVs it had to be installed on the top of the TV but Doug and his team did an excellent job mounting it and managing all the wires. I only wish I knew to call Doug while the home was under construction because he would could have assisted me and my electrician on what wires to run in the walls for various components. Doug was very professional, knowledgeable, and returned all my calls. He showed up on time even though I had to reschedule the appointments a couple of times. I definitely recommend Doug and his team and would use them again. Especially since I now know he will travel to multiple states for a project."
