"This is the second time I have used NE Renovations. On a Saturday morning I discovered I had no heat, my heater would not come on. I contacted the individual I had used in the past and was told they could not come out for a few days. I sent an e-mail to Richard, the owner and he contacted me almost immediately. He told me he could come out the same day to see what the problem was.
He showed up on Saturday on time as scheduled. Unfortunately, the part I needed had to be ordered and he told me he would be over first thing Monday morning.
