"This is the second time I have used NE Renovations. On a Saturday morning I discovered I had no heat, my heater would not come on. I contacted the individual I had used in the past and was told they could not come out for a few days. I sent an e-mail to Richard, the owner and he contacted me almost immediately. He showed up on Saturday on time as scheduled. Unfortunately, the part I needed had to be ordered and he told me he would be over first thing Monday morning.
