"Matt was the only plumber to respond to me, his quick response was truly appreciated. He rearranged his morning to put my no water a priority. He was very polite, professional, explained everything he was doing in regard's to the situation and parts needed. He was very trustworthy in my opinion, I was very impressed with his honesty and willingness to make sure I was taken care of and not left without water any longer than necessary. Definitely will be calling on Spragues with future needs. Will be passing along their name to friends in need…. Great Company!!!"
