Further inspection revealed water damage inside the wall in a few places expanding the job to include replacing plywood and siding. All American Construction took it in stride and got all the work done, having to juggle their schedule to meet our needs. All work was done to our complete satisfaction. Clean up of debris was complete with no indication they were even here. Erica was very efficient in supplying new quotes and in handling all paperwork on her laptop and providing us with electronic contracts and receipts. She communicated very well and were on the job within a few days of our first contact. A true family business that hustles! We were so pleased we asked for a quote on another job."

"Mike has completed two projects for us. The first job Mike did for me was not the remodel project, since we weren't far enough along in the process yet to hire. However, in the pictures they showed me were a couple tile jobs. That inspired mt husband to hire him to finish the tiling of our kitchen counters which I had started three years earlier, then realized I was way over my head! They were able to plan it out and install the tile very professionally! He was very diplomatic about making suggestions of what might be better, instead of telling me I was a crazy lady! :-) We went on to use Mike for a multiple room addition out into our post and beam barn. The addition came out beautifully. Nothing about this was easy! It even required custom- made window sills! During the process, Mike made some good suggestions that I hadn't thought of but liked and went with. The attention to detail is fantastic, and the craftsmanship shows. They made the pegs for the screws in our stairs! Excellent to work with and well worth the money! I can't add pictures to an edit, but have LOTS!"

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
