"My technician Robert Santiago was friendly, helpful, and prompt. Made a very stressful situation bearable. He thoroughly examined my system and its layout, and explained where the clog was explained could be occurring. He even gave me a bit of a history lesson on plumbing in old houses like mine, and the kind of problems that people typically face with them. He also told me exactly what he was planning to do, what equipment would be used, and how it worked. Worked on the problem for a couple hours until he got results. Very persistent! Cleaned up and sanitized the worksite as well. Also made a few suggestions as to some diagnostic measures I should look into to make sure I don’t run into the problem again. I’m very grateful for Zoom’s help and would recommend them to others!"

"Justin came over put in a new 2 new sinks and a drain on my kitchen sink. He also hooked up the water to my new fridge. And I was shocked when I asked him about coming back to check my furnace, he said he will do it right now and only 45 min later he had installed a new control box. And my furnace was running! "Nate communicated with me quickly when I posted my job to fix an outdoor spigot and replace a toilet. He had availability right away, but it turned out that I didn't need him for several weeks. He was able to do the job when I needed him at a very fair price, managed the job well & left things cleaner than he found them. His business is fairly new, but he is a Master Plumber with a lot of professional experience and a very nice guy. We all need a dependable plumber on call, and I've found mine.
