He explained every step of the job to be done, particularly a difficult issue to clean. He demonstrated a level of resourcefulness, in particular to the difficult issue of vine clinging to the vinyl siding. "He uses a system to clean the window exteriors that had problems cleaning sliding glass doors completely. Sometimes the old fashion by hand method works and my 3rd story sliding glass door is an example. Incorporating both methods would have better cleaned the entire glass doors."
