They took the vinyl siding off, removed the clapboards under it, wrapped the house and put blue board insulation over that. They then put old vinyl back on. Did a wonderful job and extremely professional and knowledgeable!"

We had originally planned on doing the exterior of the house first but had to change our plans. Harvey was accommodating and offered suggestions. Some I took, some I didn't. We are already discussing the projects for this coming summer. He doesn't know it but I have a couple new ideas I may implement. I have no doubt that they will do as an outstanding job on the exterior as they did inside. It looks like a new home."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Everything went wonderfully with this company.  They were very professional, listened to exactly what my problem was, and explained to me how they were going to diagnose the problem and/or solve it before doing any actual work.  Once they started, the team (three people came) worked together like a well-oiled machine.  One was in the room with diagnostics, one was at the fuse box looking for possible problems there, and the third went into the crawlspace beneath our house to look at the physical wiring.  Once the problem was found (there was a faulty wire beneath the house that had come loose from the junction box), it was fixed and tested within minutes and another full diagnostic was done to make sure there were no other possible issues.  They cleaned up after themselves very neatly.  They also replaced the light switch with a dimmer switch at no extra cost!  Well within my budget, and came in even lower than their original (FREE) estimate!  I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Bergen County area.

"I was very pleased with the quick response to my glass roof leakage. I was kept well informed with the problem and how they were going to fix it. Things look great, however, my problem was a leak. I will not say everything is great until I have rain on the roof and I see no sign of leakage. I feel confident things have been handled properly, but until I have rain falling on my roof and see no leakage I can t give them a Great rating. Very nice people, friendly, neat and respectful of my property. Glynn Porter"
