"While the crew did excellent work, the major let down was Dan between the way the job was quoted and the way he builled made sure the estimate came out to the higher end of the quote, also he had a habit of telling his crew to do things without consulting the customer and these were things that added to cost. Also I accidentally overpaid him and are still waiting for the refund."

We are already discussing the projects for this coming summer. He doesn't know it but I have a couple new ideas I may implement. I have no doubt that they will do as an outstanding job on the exterior as they did inside. It looks like a new home."

I have been back and forth with this company for months, and after sending someone in who finally admitted to faulty installation, I am still waiting for them to fix their mistakes.
