"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."

"After the first winter in my new home, I realized my baseboard heat never actually turned off; even when the thermostat was in the "off" position, the baseboards would still get warm.  I had to go down to the basement and turn off the valve leading to the baseboards.  I consulted Angie's list and saw NER highly recommended.  I was greeted very uniquely and pleasantly by the secretary, who arranged for an employee to call me back, discuss the issue, and set up the appointment to come to my home.  He was able to come on a day convenient to me - I had to work but my mother came over.  Incidentally, they were understanding when I requested their name and told them my mother would not let them in unless they had ID/the name matched (you can't be too careful with your mother!).  They inspected the problem, called me, gave me an estimate, and returned the next day to complete the job in less than two hours!  A simple and efficient fix to my problem.  I'd use them again."
