"The move went well. This company is run by a husband and wife team Dave and Hannah. They run a professional business. Their team was awesome. They were all polite and professional. They wrapped the furniture well. There were enough men to load and unload the truck quickly. Out of 300 pieces inclusive of furniture and boxes I had one broken glass top which they offered to pay for. Here’s some advice: #1 Have them come a see what you are moving to get an accurate price. I had a surprise increase on move day but it was my fault because I underestimated the amount of boxes and items to be moved. #2 Beware of the tip at the end. While it was well deserved, it was more than I was prepared to pay at that time. They are looking for 20% so each guy gets something. I would ask, are there any additional fees or monetary expectations. Overall, I was so pleased with the outcome that I recommended them to my BFF who moved here shortly after I did and my sister who will be relocating in the Spring."

"Ive moved over 10 times being in the Military who usually pays for my move. This Move i was paying for after speaking to 5 different companies, Top Tier Van Lines was the most Honestout of them All! As they were the only ones to let me know the extra charges for wrapping my TVs, Mirrors , China Hutch, which none of the other moving company mentioned! The guys who picked me up were VERY professional all in Uniform and all employed by Top Tier Van Lines! The Foreman Alfonzo was Great as well as my Moving coordinator Brian was there for me from start to finish! Im Very Pleased with the overall move. I had a few scratches here and there but probably overall the best moves ive had thank you again"

"The initial quote was a good one. The initial deposit payment process I was skeptical about, because, they use a payment system called Plaid, which requires you to pay using your bank account number, after doing my research, I found that Plaid was legit, then WorldClass made it easier for me to pay my initial deposit. The WorldClass Moving storage guys came out to pick up my furniture as planned. Once they picked up, I was able to pay by Zelle. The moving coordinators Janice,Sarah and Don were all very polite and knowledgeable. My only suggestion is they give more reminders of your appointed move date and an ETA on the before or day of your move. Otherwise, so far I have no complaints, looking to receive my furniture arrive at its destination in a couple of weeks. I'll do another review of the final move transport process."
