Also during the installation they tried to skip replacing plywood as we’d agreed upon without discussing with us first. Luckily my husband was home and caught the mistake. "Well, I asked him to come over and simply put the door in and hang it. No trim. Had a brand new door handle, and lock set for him to put on. He claimed he didn't know how to put the handle on. The door was hung with no shims. He never put any screws into the framing. Simply slam the door and put some nails in it and left. Wish I wouldn't have given him an extra 25 on the check I wrote. I feel I got a little less than I paid for with Jim."
