Our company is fully insured (Property and General Liability coverage) and our workers perform quality work. We're based in Hartford, Maine, just between Turner and Livermore. We service the greater Lewiston/Auburn area, as well as the more rural towns north of L/A; Turner, Buckfield, Hartford, Sumner, Livermore, etc. Our team is made up of seasoned professionals who are conscientious, efficient, and trustworthy. We like to think of what we do as more than just cleaning; giving our clients peace of mind and letting them focus on what is most important.

"The request was for a deep clean of my rental property. The property was not deep cleaned. I took pictures and communicated with this owner who does not feel that I should receive a refund because of the time spent. I do not recommend this company."

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
