Unfortunately our dog was sick a few months ago and we were left with several stains on our carpets.  We tried to clean the stains ourselves with a carpet washer and pet stain remover, but the stains remained.  I was convinced the carpets would need to be replaced.  They are 21 years old, so it seemed logical that we were better off replacing them then spending money on having them cleaned, as I was also convinced the stains would never come out.  On a whim, I called EnviroClean, received a quote over the phone, and they were able to come out the same day.  An hour an a half after the EnviroClean technician arrived, my carpets are beautiful and almost look like new!  We will definitely keep these 21 year old carpets for much longer now that they look so great - and no pet stains!  Very professional, courteous, and held the quoted price.  The technician was very experienced and was quickly able to assess the stains and determine what specific products would be necessary to remove them.

He did not move furniture as that was not part of the quoted work.  I'm not sure what that would have done to the price and the response time if I had requested that, but I received the exact services I needed and am very satisfied.  P.S.  The dog is now fine and we still let her on the carpets!

"Tony - one of the two owners, was proactive in contacting me and following up, but not too much. What I mean is he checked in to see when we needed his company’s help - and even called one am when in our area on another job to see if that day happened to be convenient. While it wasn’t, and we made an appt. for a diff day, I appreciated his checking in - and his flexibility. He explained his fee structure clearly, asked, if possible for pix via text of the items we were disposing so he could give us the most accurate estimate ( which we sent), and the total price was as he told us. He and his partner arrived a few minutes early. When he was gathering the items, he realized that we had one item- a number of paint cans- w/ paint in them, that, by law, he’s not allowed to take. He explained this and gave us all the info re: what to do. Our experience w/both owners of M&V Removal =100% professional and great! Strongly recommend them - and will use them again without question!"
