"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Our old garage doors had reached the end of their useful lives. It was time to look for replacements.  Based on a search on Angie's List I visited the DSI showroom in Portland.  The people were very pleasant and knowledgeable.  The next day I got a call from their sales rep and we set up a visit for the following day.  Got a quote by email the next day.  I was extremely happy with the price which included the doors, all new tracks and springs, and two openers.  And of course, they hauled off all of the old stuff.

Installation was two and a half weeks later.  One technician did everything, which required a day and a half.  The first morning he told me he would stay until all 3 doors were up and working -- and that's what he did.  the next morning he installed the operators and did the trim around the doors.

The doors look great and operate very smoothly.  The openers are very quiet.

A few days after installation, one of the new operators suddenly became very noisy.  No problem, they came back and swapped in a new unit.   I can't hold this against DSI, sometimes new things fail.  They were very responsive and made it right, no hassle.
