Small jobs welcome

"Adrian was great. Best experience we have ever had with a painter or any contractor. Going into the project, we had certain thoughts on how things should be done. Adrian listened attentively and respectfully and then offered his advice on how the project could be done better but without increasing the cost. He did excellent work and did it on time and on budget, leaving the job site much cleaner than he found it. We would not hesitate using Adrian again."

"Nick, Shannah, and his team are amazing. From the moment he provides the quote through the follow up and execution, the entire team is both profesional but extremely personable Nick repainted a condo I purchased and took care of every little detail from replacing the hinges on the cabinets to painting one wall three times to achieve the look he wanted. While I was in Pittsburgh while the work was being done, Nick communicated with me frequently. When I waslked in to see the final product, I can't even express the quality and frankly the joy it brought to my heart. Nick's company deseres the highest possible rating and consideration."

"We contacted Richard regarding the job, and had a quote back within the week - good quote.  He quickly responded to any questions  we had, and scheduled the work.  They completed the demo in one day, a few days before the cabinets showed up - if I had to do this again, I would hold off on the demolition until the cabinets were in, as it is difficult to live without a kitchen, especially with children.  It took approximately two weeks for the kitchen to be completed, with slight delays due to a damaged cabinet, time for the new countertops to set, appliance delivery, etc.  One hitch developed when the dishwasher was hooked up incorrectly, and water ran into my basement - I called Richard, and once I got through the answering service, he contacted the plumber, and we resolved the problem immediately over the phone, and the plumber was at my house at 8 the next morning ( a Saturday of a holiday weekend) to permanently fix the problem.  At the end of the two weeks, we had a great new kitchen, well installed, and we were thrilled!"

Kitchen Cabinet Refacing questions, answered by experts

How much cheaper it is to replace your cabinet doors depends on your needs. If you’re looking to spruce up the look and feel of your kitchen, then you can make cosmetic adjustments to your existing doors, like installing new knobs or a fresh coat of paint. Cabinets can be some of the most costly parts of a kitchen remodel, but if there’s structural damage regarding your doors, then replacing them is your best option.

Kitchen remodeling can be as minor as a new coat of paint or as significant as a kitchen expansion to add more space. Some common things to include in a kitchen remodel include:

  • New appliances

  • Fresh flooring

  • New paint on walls or cabinets

  • Luxury countertops

  • New or custom cabinets

  • Lighting fixtures

  • New cabinet hardware

  • Changes in electrical or plumbing locations

  • New sink and faucet

Refinishing cabinets requires sanding and restoring them with paint, lacquer, or stain. Refacing cabinets involves removing and replacing existing cabinet doors and hardware. Refacing cabinets can be more costly. Refacing cabinets typically costs between $4,500 to $10,600

If you don't sand your cabinets, the new paint or stain won’t adhere properly, impacting the final finish and leading to peeling, chipping, or a sloppy result that won't stand the test of time. Sanding removes the old finish, smooths imperfections, and gives the new coat something to grip. Without it, you will waste your time, money, and effort.

Ensuring longevity involves using high-quality materials, carefully maintaining veneer surfaces, promptly repairing scratches or imperfections, and cleaning using appropriate solutions.
