Francis Carpentry will be able to provide clients with the following services: New Home Construction: New home projects will be entirely managed, including setting a schedule, budget, and requirements with the client and supplying material, labor, and equipment, hiring subcontractors as necessary, assuring quality of all work, and expediting the process of licenses and permits.Sometimes pre-design services will be offered to give advice during the design phase of the home. Home Additions: Smaller projects to add additional floors, rooms, patios, porches, etc to existing homes will be offered. The process will be similar to that of new homes, although the time involved, budgets, and scope will be smaller. We are a husband and wife team for over 16 years. We specialize in interior and exterior painting. We are a full service painting company that offers roofing siding replacement carpentry and flooring

"When first hired in 2020, the Crockers seemed to do okay. But as time went on, problems with them developed. Not even weeks after the job was sort of completed, they still needed to redo the paint on the porch, the paint started peeling off the walls. They were very unreliable in showing up on days they said they would. So to make a long story short, they failed to complete the painting job we had contracted them to do. The painting they did was literally flaky. It has been four years (the job was guaranteed for five years) and every year they say they will come and fix the paint job but never show up. Needless to say, the house looks horrible with all the paint peeling off. Like someone else said, we very strongly urge people to NOT hire Chris and Jackie Crocker. They are con artists and will take your money and run, without completing the work they contracted to do for you. They will also do horrible painting and finishing job. Please---DO NOT HIRE these crooks!"
